Refund & Cancellation Policy

IntelliStock is operated by Jeamin Shin, based in British Columbia, Canada. Our subscriptions are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited). When you purchase a subscription, your contract of sale is with Paddle, who handles billing, taxes, and refunds on our behalf. Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply to every transaction.

1.Try before you pay

Every new account includes a 14-day free trial of IntelliStock Pro with full features. You will only be charged after the trial ends, so you can evaluate the product before any payment is taken.

2.Refunds

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of a charge (this meets or exceeds Paddle's statutory 5-day cancellation right for digital services).
  • Because IntelliStock is digital software delivered instantly, refunds outside this window are granted at Paddle's discretion. Refund requests cannot be processed more than 60 days after the transaction date.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval.
  • Refunds will not be granted in cases of fraud or refund abuse.

3.Subscriptions & cancellation

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime via the "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle receipt email, or from your IntelliStock account billing page.
  • To stop the next renewal, cancel at least 48 hours before your billing date. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate partial periods unless required by law.

4.How to request a refund or cancel

Visit https://paddle.netand use "Request refund" or "Manage subscription", using the email address and order number from your receipt. You can also email us at support@intellistock.ca and we will help route your request.

5.Complaints

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 14 days. If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate it through Paddle Buyer Support at https://paddle.net.
