Welcome to IntelliStock. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the service.

"Service" refers to the IntelliStock platform, including all features, functionalities, AI-powered analysis tools, and content provided through our website and APIs.

"User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses our service, whether through direct registration or via third-party OAuth authentication (Google, GitHub).

"AI-Generated Content" refers to any insights, summaries, analysis, or recommendations produced by our large language model (LLM) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.

Our service provides AI-powered insights, stock market data analysis, and portfolio management tools. All content, including AI-Generated Content, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You may not use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes upon the rights of others, or is intended to harm, defraud, or deceive.

IntelliStock sources market data from third-party data providers, including Polygon.io. Under our current data plan, all price and market data is delayed by a minimum of 15 minutes from the time of actual market activity. This data is not real-time.

IntelliStock expressly disclaims any representation that data presented through the service reflects current market prices or conditions. You should not rely on any data provided through the service for time-sensitive trading decisions. IntelliStock is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on delayed or inaccurate market data.

IntelliStock uses large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to produce market summaries, stock insights, and analytical content. These AI-Generated outputs are experimental in nature, may contain errors or omissions, and are subject to the inherent limitations of AI systems.

Nothing on the IntelliStock platform constitutes financial advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. All investment and trading decisions are the sole responsibility of the user. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

Financial markets are volatile. Past performance, AI-generated summaries, and data trends displayed on the platform do not guarantee future results. IntelliStock assumes no responsibility for investment outcomes based on platform content.

When you create an account with us — whether through direct registration or via third-party OAuth providers (Google, GitHub) — you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

If you authenticate using a third-party OAuth provider, your use of that provider's service is also subject to their respective terms of service. IntelliStock is not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. IntelliStock will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

IntelliStock provides watchlist and portfolio tracking features for informational purposes only. Data stored in these features reflects user-inputted information and delayed market data and does not represent actual brokerage holdings or executed trades.

IntelliStock does not guarantee the continuous availability of these features. In the event of service interruptions, data loss, or system failures, IntelliStock shall not be liable for any resulting losses or damages. We recommend maintaining your own records independently of this platform.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the platform design, AI analysis pipelines, and proprietary algorithms — are owned by IntelliStock and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our express written permission.

Our service integrates with third-party providers for market data, authentication, AI processing, and infrastructure. These providers operate independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. IntelliStock does not control and assumes no responsibility for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.

Market data is sourced from Polygon.io and is subject to their data licensing terms. AI responses may be processed through third-party LLM providers. Use of this service constitutes your acknowledgment of and agreement to the involvement of such third-party data pipelines.

The information provided through our service — including AI-generated analysis, market data, and stock insights — is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or usefulness of any information on our service, nor the results that may be obtained from using our service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall IntelliStock be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, investment losses, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any AI-generated content obtained through the service; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically. Your continued use of the service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
